Selection methodology

See why a trader made the shortlist.

This is not a raw profit leaderboard. We filter weak evidence, score repeatability and keep checking whether each trader still qualifies.

01

Discover active traders

Wallets enter through Hyperliquid's public leaderboard and our continuously tracked discovery pool.

02

Remove weak evidence

The public feed requires more than $100K in perpetuals account value and more than $20K in perpetuals profit.

03

Score nine signals

We weigh profit, worst dip, consistency, momentum, efficiency and risk-adjusted returns.

04

Keep the shortlist fresh

Only traders with current data who still clear every floor remain visible. Qualification can change.

Profit matters. The path to it matters too.

A high return can come from one oversized bet. Mirror Score combines nine signals so consistency and downside risk carry real weight.

Profit capacity

15%

Rewards demonstrated profit, without letting profit alone dominate the score.

All-time worst dip

16%

Scores the deepest loss visible across the sampled history.

Long-term consistency

10%

Checks whether weekly results hold together across the available record.

90-day consistency

8%

Adds a shorter view of recent repeatability.

Cash-flow-adjusted annual return

15%

Estimates return while accounting for deposits and withdrawals.

30-day momentum

8%

Measures recent performance without treating it as the whole story.

PnL-to-volume efficiency

5%

Looks for profit generated without excessive turnover.

Downside-adjusted return

10%

Rewards return quality relative to harmful volatility.

Risk-adjusted return

13%

Balances return against overall volatility.

A score needs enough history to mean something.

Public qualification requires more than $100K in perpetuals account value, more than $20K in perpetuals profit, at least 90 days of usable history and at least 12 completed weeks.

A sampled drawdown of 60% or more within the trailing 12 months is disqualifying. The ranking still shows each wallet's all-time worst dip, so a qualified trader can display an older dip above 60%. Both figures are sampled from the history we can observe and may not capture every intraday move. Deposits, withdrawals, leverage changes and open positions can also affect how performance should be interpreted.

The score is recalculated as tracked data updates. A wallet can enter or leave the shortlist when its evidence changes.

You control withdrawals

MirrorTrade receives trading permission, not withdrawal permission. Your wallets remain yours.

Performance is public

Trader returns, positions and risk signals come from public Hyperliquid records.

Controls are explicit

Pause stops new orders while positions stay open. Stop closes the copy and begins unwinding.

Copying still carries risk

Historical performance is not a promise. Traders can change style, markets can move quickly, and copied positions can lose money. Review the worst dip, consistency and open positions before choosing an amount.

Frequently asked questions

How does MirrorTrade score traders?

Mirror Score combines nine weighted signals: all-time worst dip at 16%; profit capacity and cash-flow-adjusted annual return at 15% each; risk-adjusted return at 13%; long-term consistency and downside-adjusted return at 10% each; 90-day consistency and 30-day momentum at 8% each; and PnL-to-volume efficiency at 5%.

What are the minimum requirements for a trader to qualify?

A wallet needs more than $100K in perpetuals account value, more than $20K in perpetuals profit, at least 90 days of usable history and at least 12 completed weeks before it is considered. A sampled drawdown of 60% or more within the trailing 12 months is disqualifying. The displayed worst dip remains the all-time sampled figure.

Does MirrorTrade endorse the traders on its shortlist?

No. Passing the filters means the evidence is stronger, not that future profits are guaranteed. MirrorTrade does not claim complete coverage of every Hyperliquid wallet.

Can a trader lose its qualification?

Yes. The score is recalculated as tracked data updates, and a wallet can enter or leave the shortlist as its evidence changes.

Does MirrorTrade have access to withdraw my funds?

No. MirrorTrade receives trading permission, not withdrawal permission. Your wallets remain yours.
