Privacy Policy

Effective August 18, 2026. Last updated September 23, 2026.

See also our Terms of Service.

1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information the operator of MirrorTrade ("MirrorTrade", "we", "us") collects when you use the MirrorTrade app (the "Service"), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Wallet and on-chain data: your wallet address(es), the trade-only key we generate for a copy strategy, and trading activity tied to those addresses. Wallet balances and positions we display are read from public Hyperliquid data.

Authentication data: when you sign in, our authentication provider (Privy) may collect an email address, phone number, or social-login identifier, depending on the sign-in method you choose. We receive only what Privy shares with us to operate your account — we do not receive your wallet's private keys or seed phrase.

Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device/browser type, and similar analytics data, used to understand and improve the product.

Support communications: anything you send us at info@alphayou.net or another support channel.

3. How we use information

To operate the Service: creating and managing your account and copy strategies, executing and monitoring trades you've authorized, and showing you your own balances and activity.

To keep the Service safe: fraud prevention, abuse detection, and enforcing our Terms of Service.

To improve the product: understanding usage patterns and fixing problems.

To communicate with you: service notices (e.g. a copy strategy stopping, a key expiring, a withdrawal completing) and, where you haven't opted out, product updates.

To comply with law: responding to legal requests and meeting regulatory obligations that apply to us.

4. Who we share information with

Service providers that help us run MirrorTrade, such as our authentication provider (Privy), cloud hosting, product analytics (PostHog), and — only when you accept cookies — Reddit and X advertising measurement. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Hyperliquid, the exchange your trades execute on, necessarily receives your trade instructions and wallet address as part of placing those trades.

Legal or safety reasons: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MirrorTrade, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep account and trading records for as long as your account is active and as needed afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

6. Your choices

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting info@alphayou.net. Some information (for example, on-chain trading records) is public by nature and cannot be deleted once it exists on a blockchain.

7. Cookies and similar technology

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences (like light/dark theme). With your permission, we use analytics cookies and load Reddit and X measurement tags to understand which ads and product journeys work. If you decline, or have not chosen yet, those advertising tags are not loaded; PostHog still counts visits without storing anything in your browser. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect the data we hold, including encrypting sensitive credentials at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
